The short version

IP Saarthi is built privacy-first. The launch tools run in your browser: your roadmap answers, dates, proposed names, health-check responses, invention disclosure drafts and NDA drafts are processed on your device and are not transmitted to our server. The Idea Vault never uploads your file — the SHA-256 fingerprint is calculated entirely in your browser. This site currently has no user accounts, no lead-capture forms and no email report delivery.

What we do receive

Like every website, our hosting server keeps standard access logs when you load a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. We use these logs for security and troubleshooting. They are not combined with anything you type into the tools, because tool inputs never reach the server.

What stays in your browser

Some tools offer to save an unfinished draft (for example the Invention Disclosure Builder) so you can continue later. These drafts are stored in your own browser's local storage on your device, not on our systems, and every such tool has a visible "clear my data" control that removes them. Clearing your browser data also removes them.

Analytics

No analytics service is currently enabled on this site. If analytics is enabled in future, this policy will be updated first, the configuration will exclude personal data and tool inputs, and browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals will be honoured.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies. The administration area (used only by our team) uses a session cookie strictly for login.

Links to other sites

We link to official sources (such as ipindia.gov.in and wipo.int), to other MYCrave ecosystem sites, and to mycrave.co.in. Outbound links carry non-personal campaign tags (UTM parameters) that tell the destination the visit came from IP Saarthi — they contain nothing about you or what you entered in any tool. Each destination site has its own privacy policy.

Your choices and requests

Because tool inputs are not collected, there is usually nothing for us to delete — your data is under your control on your own device. Changes

If we add features that change what data is handled — for example emailed reports or a contact form — this policy will be updated before those features go live, with the date above revised.
